The episode started with Abhira trying to convince Kajal to take back the case. Kajal finally agreed to withdraw it. Abhira thanked her and said she did the right thing, even if it must have been difficult.
But Kajal made it clear that she did not expect anything to become normal again. She told Abhira that the Poddar family never gives her respect. Abhira said Kajal is hurt, but Kajal replied that she is not hurt but awakened. She said her family always comes last in the Poddar house.
Kajal added that Kaveri never supported her and this time she would not stay silent. She demanded a share of the property. Arman tried to stop her and said she was reacting too much. Kajal replied that Vidya had hurt her self-respect.
