Jia’s truth finally came out in front of everyone, and the whole family got shocked. Shristi completely broke down after learning that Dev had once given the medicine that slowly ruined Jia’s life. Dev stood silent with guilt in his eyes because he did not even remember that moment from his past. The episode became very emotional as a mother tried to protect her daughter while Dev tried hard to prove that he had changed now.

The episode started with Dev asking Jia if she was taking any medicine to improve her focus and concentration. Jia calmly said yes. Dev then asked who had given her that medicine. Jia replied that he himself had prescribed it to her. Dev became confused and asked her when it happened.
It was then shown that around ten months ago, Dev had seen Jia sleeping instead of studying. He became angry and scolded her for wasting time. Dev then gave her Metrophyl and clearly warned her to use it for only three days. He also warned her that taking it for a long time could turn into addiction. After saying this, he left from there. Shristi later told Jia to take proper rest and then called Dev outside because she wanted to speak with him.
Shristi Became Angry At Dev
Meanwhile, Uditanshu happily brought a wheelchair because actress Chandini Khanna was coming to their hospital. He also met Sunny and praised his stylish look.
On the other side, Shristi burst out in anger at Dev. Digvijay and the family members became confused and asked what happened. Shristi then revealed that Dev was the doctor who had once prescribed the medicine to Jia. She accused him of making a seventeen year old girl addicted to drugs.
Dev tried to explain that he had lost eight years of his memories and truly did not remember anything from that time. But Shristi was deeply hurt. Girish tried to calm her down and reminded her that Dev was not the same person anymore. Still, Shristi said that as a doctor she understood his condition, but as a mother she could not stay silent.
Shristi then told Dev to stay away from Jia from that day onwards. Dev accepted her decision without arguing. He promised that he would stay away from Jia personally, but he would still discuss her medical condition with other doctors. Shristi decided to go with him while Digvijay stayed back with Jia.
Jia Secretly Avoided Food
Shristi and Dev later spoke with Vani and other doctors about Jia’s health condition. They also decided to inspect Jia’s hostel and check her food habits.
At the hospital, Digvijay lovingly fed Jia food and tried to make her feel comfortable. Shristi called Digvijay and asked about Jia. He happily informed her that Jia was eating properly.
But Jia secretly hid the food and made the box look empty so that Digvijay would believe she had eaten everything. Digvijay became happy and praised her innocence, without knowing the truth.
Shristi Found Jia’s Hidden Pain
At the same time, actress Chandini Khanna arrived at JBMMC Hospital and got admitted there.
Later, Shristi reached Jia’s hostel room and found a photo frame. When she opened it, she discovered that Jia had hidden a folded photo of Dhruv and Dev inside it. Dev sadly understood that Jia still hated him deeply because of the past.
Shristi again questioned Dev about why he was following her after she had clearly asked him to stay away. Dev emotionally requested one chance and promised her that he would never become the old Dev again.
Dev Learned More About Jia’s Condition
Udayshetty called Sunny and asked if Chandini Khanna had really come to their hospital. Sunny confirmed it. Udayshetty then informed him that he would personally visit the hospital for inspection and also meet Chandini. Sunny agreed because he had no option left.
Later, Jia’s roommate Prachi entered the room and became excited after seeing Dev. She called him a great doctor and even asked for his autograph. Dev politely agreed.
Dev then asked Prachi about Jia’s behavior. Prachi shared that Jia mostly stayed alone and did not talk much with others. Dev also noticed that Jia had left her food half eaten. He then found a paper with the words “Jia, do not eat” written on it. Just then, Shristi also arrived there.
Meanwhile, Jia tried to go towards the washroom but suddenly felt dizzy and weak. She sat back on the bed. Digvijay later asked Vani if the doctors had found the reason behind Jia’s condition. Vani sadly replied that they still had no answer.
Shristi then informed Dev that the cafeteria workers had also confirmed that Jia often skipped meals. Both Shristi and Dev became worried after hearing this.
The episode ended on an emotional note.
My Review
Today’s episode felt emotional and painful because Jia’s hidden suffering slowly came out in front of everyone. Shristi’s anger looked fully justified as a mother. Dev’s guilt also felt real and natural. The hostel scenes gave strong emotional depth to the story. I personally felt the episode became more serious and interesting now. It looked like Jia’s health problem may become even bigger in the coming episodes, and Dev may try hard to fix his old mistakes.
