The episode started with Vani congratulating Dev because Jia finally got discharged from the hospital. Vani clearly told Dev that he had not done anything special and OTP was the real reason behind Jia’s treatment and recovery. Dev calmly replied that maybe God had sent OTP to help Jia at the right time.
Dev also shared his feelings with Vani. He said that when someone truly wished for something from the heart, destiny somehow brought it closer. Vani became emotional hearing this. She quietly thought about the old Dev and wondered if she could get him back again.
Just then, Uditanshu arrived and informed Dev that Chandini’s reports had come. Dev got surprised because he never received them. Uditanshu explained that Sunny had stopped the reports from reaching Dev because Sunny wanted everyone to believe that he was handling Chandini’s treatment.
Sunny Got Trapped Between Two Calls
Sunny was seen talking on two phones at the same time. On one side, he spoke to a reporter and refused permission to meet Chandini. On the other side, he invited Udayshetty to come to the hospital and meet her.
Because of the confusion, both the reporter and Udayshetty decided to reach the hospital together. Sunny himself looked confused and worried after the calls ended.
Later, Vani, Dev, and Uditanshu checked Chandini’s reports with Sunny. Vani said there was nothing unusual in the blood report. Sunny then suggested doing a toxicology test to know the truth properly.
Doctors Tried To Bring Back The Old Dev
Sunny later spoke privately with Dev. He explained that Chandini specially came there because earlier Dev had treated her very rudely while everyone else treated her like a celebrity. Sunny believed Chandini was attracted to Dev’s arrogant behavior.
He advised Dev to behave sweetly with Chandini so she would leave the hospital quickly. Otherwise, the hospital would suffer a huge bill. Dev honestly admitted that he no longer knew how to behave rudely.

Sunny later warned Guddu not to allow any reporter near Chandini. Guddu promised to stay alert.

My Review
Today’s episode felt emotional and interesting because Dev kept struggling between his old and new personality. Chandini’s confusion and Vani’s silent emotions made many scenes feel real and touching. Sunny and Devayani’s hidden hospital plan also slowly increased the suspense. I personally felt the best part was Dev standing for Guddu without fear. It looked like Dev’s past memories may soon return completely and create bigger problems inside the hospital.
