She became the villain on purpose so Dev would go back alone. Chandrika was unmoved. She demanded Dev return by New Year. Vasudha promised to fulfill this vow.
Dev Broke Down and Vasudha Spoke the Truth
After Chandrika left Dev felt shattered. He blamed himself for raising his hand and called himself a failed husband. Vasudha consoled him and said he only reacted as a son. Late at night Dev stayed outside in the cold. Vasudha finally spoke her heart. She said their pain started because of Chandrika’s interference. Dev felt broken hearing this. Honestly this episode felt very heavy and emotional. Vasudha’s strength and pain touched the heart. Her words were simple but strong. Dev’s struggle between mother and wife felt very real. Chandrika’s character showed both fear and ego. The sit up scene and the confrontation scene were the highlight of the episode. The acting looked natural and dialogues were easy to understand. The story now clearly moved toward sacrifice and separation. It will be interesting to see how this promise changes Vasudha and Dev’s future.
