Chandrika gave a mother’s love to Vasudha in today’s episode, and that moment touched many hearts. Vasudha became emotional when Chandrika made her ready for the family party with her own hands. For the first time, Vasudha felt that maybe her dream of becoming part of the Chauhan family could become true one day. But the happiness did not stay for long because many painful moments waited for her later in the night.
Vasudha Serial 25th May 2026 Written Update
Chandrika lovingly helped Vasudha get ready for the anniversary celebration. Vasudha could not stop her tears because she never expected such care and affection from Chandrika. She felt very lucky and silently wished that one day Chandrika would truly accept her as Dev’s wife and Bahu.
At the same time, Chandrika also became emotional in her heart. She felt she could never fully accept Vasudha as her Bahu, but she still wanted to protect and support her like a daughter. Her feelings showed both love and pain together.
Meanwhile, Divya spoke to Avinash on a video call when Dev came there and asked about Vasudha. Divya told him that Vasudha was in Chandrika’s room, and Dev quickly went there. He smiled happily after seeing Vasudha dressed beautifully beside Chandrika.
Family Celebration Became Special
Soon, Chandrika and Vasudha came downstairs together. Everyone looked at them with surprise and happiness. Dev looked very happy after seeing Vasudha beside Chandrika. Divya even teased him playfully.
Prabhat praised both Chandrika and Vasudha warmly. He also wished that Dev and Vasudha always stayed together happily. Divya then announced that the family had gathered to celebrate Chandrika and Prabhat’s twenty seventh wedding anniversary.
Sarika performed their aarti while Vasudha quietly checked the food arrangements. She asked Savitri to make sure all dishes stayed hot for the guests. Savitri became emotional after seeing Vasudha getting respect in the house. Vasudha happily shared that Chandrika herself had dressed her up today. Savitri felt that Chandrika might finally accept Vasudha one day.
Dev and Vasudha’s Dance Got Interrupted
During the celebration, Chandrika and Prabhat exchanged garlands while everyone clapped happily. Later, Divya announced Dev and Vasudha’s dance performance. The couple danced together beautifully and even invited the whole family onto the stage.
But their happy moment got disturbed when Santosh suddenly pulled Vasudha away from the party. Outside the house, Santosh angrily questioned Vasudha for wearing Chandrika’s saree and jewellery.
Vasudha innocently explained that Chandrika herself had given those things to her. She also shared how loved and accepted she felt after seeing affection in Chandrika’s eyes. But Santosh strongly disagreed. She told Vasudha that Chandrika was only showing pity toward her and not accepting her truly.
Santosh scolded Vasudha badly and forced her to remove the saree and jewellery. Vasudha cried because she did not want to hurt Chandrika’s feelings, but finally she agreed and changed back into her old clothes.
Dev Felt Hurt Seeing Vasudha Again in Old Clothes
When Vasudha returned to the party in simple clothes, Dev immediately noticed the change. He took her aside and softly asked why she changed her outfit.
Vasudha told him that Santosh had asked her to do it. She also requested Dev not to question Santosh because she did not want more problems. Even while hiding her pain, Vasudha tried to smile and act normal.
Later, Prabhat welcomed Krish and Meera, who were children of an investor. Meera accidentally dropped juice on the carpet after colliding with someone. Without knowing anything, she asked Vasudha to clean the floor. Vasudha quietly agreed and started picking up the broken glass pieces.
That moment shocked everyone because the guests suddenly realised that Vasudha, who was introduced earlier like family, was doing servant work again.
Dev Took a Strong Stand for Vasudha
One guest openly questioned how Vasudha could be Chandrika’s elder Bahu if she worked like a maid in the house. Chandrika felt deeply hurt after hearing those words.
Santosh then scolded Meera for insulting Vasudha, but Meera replied that she did not even know Vasudha was part of the family. Dev finally stepped forward and clearly announced that Vasudha was his wife.
Meera became shocked and insulted Vasudha again by saying she looked like a servant. Sarika also added fuel to the fire by cruelly saying that Vasudha was still treated like a maid in the house even after marriage.
Krish insulted Dev for marrying an uneducated maid and called his decision a huge mistake. Dev lost his temper after hearing this and slapped Krish immediately. The entire family became stunned. Vasudha stopped Dev from doing anything further, but Dev firmly demanded Krish apologize to her.
My Review
Today’s episode felt very emotional and painful for Vasudha. Her happiness lasted only for a short time before society and family members again reminded her of her place. Dev strongly supporting Vasudha was the best part of the episode. Chandrika also looked confused between her heart and family status. It felt like bigger family problems may happen very soon after Dev openly stood against everyone for Vasudha.
