The episode started with Abhir noticing Vani biting her pencil nervously. He teased her in a light mood, but Vani stayed worried about Jia. She said Jia’s electrolytes were still not improving even after treatment. Abhir told her they could only understand Jia’s real problem after a proper examination.
Vani quickly understood the point and suggested doing Jia’s endoscopy. She thanked Abhir for helping her think clearly and rushed away to continue Jia’s treatment.
Chandini Returned To The Hospital
Sunny and Uditanshu later met Chandini in the hospital. Sunny asked her why she suddenly came there. Chandini revealed that she was planning her comeback in the entertainment world with a new show. During the shoot, she started feeling dizzy and weak, so she came for a check up.
Chandini then asked Sunny to call Dr. Dev because he treated her years ago. Uditanshu informed her that Dev was not present at the moment. But Chandini clearly said she only trusted Dev Mehta for her treatment. Sunny tried to calm her and assured her that Dev would return later.
Jia’s Truth Shocked Everyone
Shristi later shared an important detail with Vani, Girish, Digvijay, and Dev. She said Jia’s hostel informed her about Jia’s unhealthy eating habits. Sometimes Jia ate too much food, while sometimes she completely avoided eating.
Shristi also revealed that Jia secretly went to the washroom after eating and vomited everything. Everyone became shocked hearing this. Dev immediately felt Jia might be suffering from Bulimia Nervosa. Girish later confirmed it after understanding Jia’s behaviour.
Dev became emotional and wondered who made Jia feel she was fat. Girish explained that social media pressure could be one reason because many youngsters wanted to stay thin to look attractive. He also said Dev and Shristi’s separation may have emotionally affected Jia deeply. Girish advised both parents to stay close to Jia and support her with love and care along with therapy.

Sunny later met Dev privately and requested him to become the Head of Medicine again. He explained that famous actress Chandini Khanna only wanted treatment from him. Sunny feared the hospital’s image would suffer badly if Chandini left without treatment.

Raunak’s Dog Created Funny Chaos
Meanwhile, Raunak secretly brought a dog inside the hospital. Tanya heard barking sounds and became confused. Raunak quickly sneezed loudly to hide the noise. But later the dog suddenly appeared in front of Tanya and scared her badly.
Raunak explained that the dog belonged to his roommate, who left because of a family emergency. He said he had no option except taking care of the dog. Abhir became angry and scolded him for bringing a dog into a hospital.
Soon the dog escaped from the room, and everyone started searching for it. They finally found the dog sitting quietly inside a trolley. Abhir tried distracting Pratibha so Raunak could safely take the dog away, but the plan failed. Just then Sunny came out, and the dog started barking loudly again, creating another funny moment.
Dev And Shristi Faced Jia
In the final part of the episode, Dev and Shristi carefully made Jia finish her food. When Jia tried going toward the washroom again, they stopped her. Both of them emotionally confronted Jia and asked why she was so obsessed with becoming thin.
Digvijay also questioned Jia and tried understanding her pain. Jia looked emotionally disturbed while her parents tried helping her face the truth.

Today’s episode felt emotional and meaningful because it showed an important issue connected with young people and social pressure. Jia’s scenes touched the heart, especially when Dev and Shristi understood her pain. Raunak’s dog scenes also balanced the heavy emotions with some fun moments. Chandini’s return looked interesting too, and it felt like more drama could happen between her and Dev in the coming episodes.
